It was a easy process. was greeted by the pleasant staff as soon as I walked in and then quickly after telling what I was looking for, I was putting on my lock to my perfect unit. They had lots of helpful moving supplies on display as well as offering u-haul! I left feeling much more confident towards my upcoming move.

I reserved a specific size unit for a reason, only to learn that they dont guarantee the size, just the price. The lady in the office was pleasant and helpful and did what she could to accommodate me but I still paid more then I had budgeted.
