The online rental process was very easy. The facility is well maintained and in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and assisted me with any questions and/or needs I had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean and secure storage facility.

Over 3 years my rent went from $120 to $219. I missed my 30 day cancellation notice by 1 day and was forced to pay for an additional month. Corporate owners are completely greedy.

I used this place to rent a Uhaul truck and WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! The furniture dolly I was giving was broken. The employees who worked at this location was rude and nasty. I had to keep the truck longer due to a mishap with the place I was moving into and the employees would call and curse me bad for using the truck longer. I was threatened stating the male employee was going to call the cops on me and report the truck stolen. These people were extremely horrible and made my time using the truck a living Hell!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO THERE! To be honest they should be fired! I NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN NOR SEND ANYONE THERE TO DO BUSINESS! The worse pleople I have ever dealt with!
