It's pretty hot inside when your moving and already sweating. They keep temp at 80. Door slides stick and make it hard to put locks in, and inside door is t very wide for large furniture and you have to enter your code every time you need to get in with a box which is extra annoying when you're unloading a whole truck. Doors will not stay open for a minute. Carts for use had broken welds to.

The pricing could be a little better, but overall good experience and convenient.

The ease of reserving and moving in

First off I have to say that when there is great and genuine kindness in customer service it can make the biggest difference! We had a couple issues on our arrival timing and online registration, then again when forgetting a lock and both times I called the location manager Angela was beyond helpful and just so nice it really helped turn my day around! The prices are great because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s newer location and then free month also. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat that!

My experience at Midgaurd storage was very good. Ms Vickie took care of me, my wife and kids I really appreciate her help so much!

Getting setup was a breeze and the units are clean. The best part is the option to be on the ground floor on two levels. The elevator is great, but loading and going straight to the unit is the best. Angela was also a great help.

I needed a place to move my things quickly- and they helped me right on time. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also only a block from my houseﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ which is so convenient!

One of the staff reminded me of the first month free and took it off my total. This is so rare and highly appreciated to see. The level of service is a breath of fresh air. I always see the negative in companies, but the staff made a believer out of me. I will never use another company, regardless of the savings because you get what you pay for and I pay anything for this level of service.

She was super helpful and nice, showed me my storage unit before I had to sign everything. Explained in detail the process, the withdrawal dates etc. Very clean venue and easily accessible.

Renting was a pleasant experience. They were helpful and very friendly.
