Prime Storage - Acworth East

I registered online en route to the storage site. upon arrival, the manager was ready with no wait time. The assigned unit was like new, with no signs of previous use. One could not ask for better service or use.

amanda helped us check in and explained everything to us very clearly! i reserved a unit online and the one assigned to us was actually out of service when we arrived, but amanda switched us to a new one and waived the upcharge of about $7! itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a very well maintained place with excellent management and staff, and i would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to store their stuff :)

Management assistance was excellent and met all of my expectations! I would definitely highly recommend the facility at Hickory Grove to my family and friends.

My reservation was made at a different location. And I was given a deal of 1st month free. I accidentally went to the wrong location. And when my bill was written up Andria charged me $81 and now I'm going to be paying $75 each month extra. Because the Canton Rd location was only $45 I think. I'm very disappointed that Andria would not honor my reservation at the Canton Rd location. I'm going to have to move to a different storage. And also my new code did not work I sat for 30 minutes at the gate waiting to get in touch with her. She ended up having to give me her code to get in AND to get out. This is not an acceptable way to do new customers. I can't give a good rating I'm sorry but it 2as not a pleasant experience. Very disappointing

I was pleased with Angela customer service, I felt at home talking to her she was so down to earth and professional at the same time. She showed me around the facility and it was clean. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
