Prime Storage - Acworth West

I've stored my boat the last 4 winters here. Never had any issues getting in or out or with any security type issue. Also, it's nice they have electricity available so I can do minor fixes/cleaning on site.

Fantastic service easy and quick

Cindy signed us up for the storage spot at Prestige and was very helpful. 10 stars for her assistance. The SpareFoot rep who I initially spoke with on the phone was very helpful as well.

The receptionist is rude and highly unprofessional. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m shocked that Prime would have a person representing their company that is not customer friendly.

My experience was extremely unpleasant. The manager at this facility has an unpleasant approach and is unprofessional. After dealing with her and her negative comments I decided to take my ID and walk off. I've rented storage here before and I would have left a better review, but management has changes. If you don't mind dealing with a fat, arrogant Caucasian bitch then by all mean go for it but if you are not up for bullshit and live peaceful in your own skin then this is not the place for you. Every day is a bad day for arrogant folks but there is no excuse for lack of empathy and lack of professionalism.

Marlena provided outstanding service for our rental. She is the only employee on site so if she gets busy please be patient because she will truly help you.

We had a hard time getting in touch with someone on site and despite heavy communication while we were on our way to the space we still had trouble getting someone to get our information. Our power outlet was also broken despite our communicated need for working power. The staff was nice and helpful so it isnt the people but Id question some of the processes they have in place.

I appreciate the help when i called as i was coming in on a Sunday and traveling for work at 4AM on Monday morning. Tha ks again !

Good price. Clean facility. Manager was very friendly, and very efficient, knowledgeable, and competent. Paperwork to sign up was very quick. Good facility.
