Public Storage - Kennesaw - 3003 Rutledge Road NW

I am very happy with my experience overall friendly clean and excellent I give it five stars definitely

Everything went very smoothly. Storage locker was clean and dry. Ready to move into.

The storage I have is suppose to be climate controlled but it's not. The storage is hot and had spider webs everywhere. I will be moving out within a month because I have valuable belongings in there and I don't want the heat to destroy my things. Not good at all. And the area is so small it's hard to get a 26" uhaul truck through the facility without almost hitting a pole they h ether poles on every corner so it's very hard to turn or turn around but I managed.

Kaethe was amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.

The property manager at this site made the storage experience actually fun and stress-free. Her name is Kaethe. and I don't even know her outside of this business. She went beyond the call of duty every time and made me feel at ease during a very difficult period. Thanks to Public Storage please continue to hire capable and kind representatives like Ms. Kaethe--thank you.

Mrs. Jo has been very helpful from start to finish, I would recommend to anyone.
