Customer service is awesome, this is my second time storing my furniture in the Minola Road Public Storage and each time the Customer Service was great.

I was surprised of the strong smell of moth balls in the climate control building, where my storage unit is located. I believe there are other products that are available for insect/rodent deterrent and prevention. I am concerned about the entrance gate raising and lowering (for access) and malfunctioning and coming down on my vehicle, instead of rolling like back open and rolling closed like the exit gate. The dumpster was locked and door looked severely damaged and not able to be used or safe to use. The customer service was very good (Rhonda) and the overall property was clean.

I taught it was climate with central actually ac/ heat and was not so, and the time for access could be a little later than 9:00 pm. I think it should have been 10:00pm due people work schedules.

My husband and I were very pleased with the level of professionalism, concerns and helpfulness of the manager at this store. She waited on us to arrived at the store, even though it was almost closing time, and had patience to show us the units without making us feel rushed. She also follow-up with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the unit. Thanks for having this manager, many could take training from her on how to treat the customers. The whole process was hassle-free and definitely inviting. If in the future we need to rent another storage unit, this will be the one we would use. Such a wonderful experience!!!!!
