Customer service was a very nice man that help me through everything I needed help with. He was very professional with his job & I would recommend anyone to you all. I got all my stuff in & it was a lot of space & nice. A very nice place that gated & secure.

I like the place, I feel like it's a safe place to put your stuff. The staff is very helpful & nice getting you in the system. I would recommend this to a lot of people because I feel comfortable that my things will be safe. It's seems to be in a safe area. Thank you so much for all your help

I was given a 10×10 unit when I rented a 10×15 unit online. I moved from a city 90 miles away. When I arrived with the moving company and realized the unit was too small, I called customer service. I was on hold for 1hr, 1min, & 30 sec when the rep finally answered the call. The moving team tried to fit my entire 2bdrm house into the 10×10 while I was on hold, because they were paid by the hour and needed to leave. Once they smushed everything inside the gate wouldn't even close. The cold, callous, non-emotional, most unsorry customer service agent ever proceeded to give me the ultimatum of checking on another unit, even tho his computer is telling him the 10×10 they assigned me is a 10×15. After checking the unit, he sent unit exchange contracts to sign and was off the phone shortly after I signed them, with no apology or any form of compensation offered for the inconvenience of HAVING TO MOVE MY ENTIRE 2 bdrm house from 1 STORAGE UNIT TO ANOTHER, BY MYSELF, it took me 2 days! I cannot believe there is this large of a disconnect when it comes to your customer agents. You are a virtual company! Your customer service should be VERY SWIFT ALWAYS!!! I just moved from a virtual storage in the previous city and they always had an agent on the phone within 5-10 minutes!!!! This level of service is unacceptable!

It took me considerably longer to check in because I was not given the door access code to enter the building. I was given the gate code and the lock code, but not the door code. I had to leave and come back to access my storage facility. I also had a lot of trouble getting through to customer service and the first person I talked to couldn't figure it out. That's why I had to leave and come back.
