The customer service is wonderful. The actual location is dirty, grass is over grown everywhere. There is a run down old ridding lawn mower rite in the way of my unit. The lot has holes and the pavement is u even. From the appearance of the place I would have thought it was shut down. It looks run down and I try not to go to the unit alone because it feels unsafe. My unit was dirty with dry grass and weeds all over and infested with spiders. When I finished putting my stuff in my unit, I found 11 ticks on me.
