Over the years I've had climate controlled storage in about 6 different states. None of them drive up though. When I pulled up I saw the mouse/ rat boxes. However never in my wildest dream have I ever even seen a bug let alone a rodent in my unit. The rodent had chewed a hole thru my box first thing I saw when opening the unit. Never ever had this happen

I love the fact the units are on a slight down hill grade to keep water from seeping in. And units are all accessible to drive up to.

The facility is nice, but the access gate is broken which causes me safety concerns since anyone can enter at this time.

I am very happy with the facility! What really impressed me (in light of this COVID-19 outbreak) was the precautions taken by Rochelle. She wore gloves and a mask to protect herself and customers, and all transactions were through a door that she could talk thorough. I felt safe and the company is definitely taking social distancing seriously!

The representative that helped me move in was knowledgeable...but on her phone attending to a personal call the entire time she was working with myself and another customer before me. She justified her behavior by stating that she was not supposed to be there...apparently she was covering for someone else. As a customer, I should not be introduced to or concerned with the problems of the establishment. This is a storage facility and I simply expected to be assisted promptly and professionally.

I rented unit 30, it was occupied. Terrible smell coming out of 30. Number pads are damaged to the extent that one is completely nonfunctional.

The front gate startled a little ...just letting you know.

The price listed on the site was correct, but be warned you will be required to have insurance on your storage unit. If you do not have proof of your own (renters/homeowners), you will be required to pay for theirs. There was an administrative fee of $25, but it covered my first months rent, so that may have been a promotion, I am not sure.

It was nice. Price quoted was not the same in store. That made it inconvenient for me.

The slide part of the hitch is bent. Very hard to get open. I had to go get the woman to show me how to get it open. I had to force it. Otherwise..... ok I guess. I have nothing to compare it to.

This is the worst experience I have had with a company. The prices advertised are not the real prices you will pay upfront. The clerk was grumpy and was not helpful. The manager was mean. I was overcharge for a small unit, paid almost 150 dollars for two months, even though I only utilize the unit for 1 month and a few days. Worst experience ever, I would never work with them again. I would not recommend my friends this company either.

My experience was excellent. the clerk was on point with everything, and very courteous!!! She served me with a great big smile!!! I would recommend this storage facility to ALL my family and friends!!!

It took less than 5 minutes to reserve a storage unit and it was simple! Filling out the paperwork was easy as well; however, the owner is a little grumpy and the office smells like smoke. It could be cleaned a little better. As for my storage unit, it serves its purpose so I can't complain. It was a little dirty though.

Using for summer storage of college items, climate controlled. Great space, easy drive up access; well maintained. Clerk was very helpful, quick and easy at check-in. I highly recommend this storage facility. I also like their online system for reservations and payments.

Very easy coming in and doing paper work, very clean storage space. It was bigger then I expected, they had the locks and tape I needed and it was a great price. I couldn't ask for more.
