The facility is good and fairly clean. The alleys between the units are smaller than usual but big enough for a box truck and car to pass one another slowly. The pricing is great but the access to the indoor storage units is only by a normal sized security door instead of a loading area or large overhead door.

The process was quite easy. I set up the reservation online and was contacted shortly afterward by the property manager. She was friendly and thorough about discussing my options and giving me an overview of what's to be expected. I came into the office during my scheduled time and was informed of additional fees, but upon research, they are optional fees (lock and Damp Check to ensure your products will be safe). The process was fairly quick and convenient. The security at the facility is decent and you're required to enter your passcode during entrance and exit, but I do worry about the space underneath the gates (someone could slide under and enter without entering a code). The actual storage facility is clean, well-lit, and secured. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and facilities!

I love the office lady Debbie... I've had a storage here for a while and never been to the property... Anyway, my door was stuck and Debbie just stepped on it and it opened... She is so friendly and truly an asset to Public Storage.

Norah was absolutely wonderful, very helpful, sweet, and professional. My main concern is possible flooding in the unit itself since it is below ground level. I also saw the damaged ceiling and poor patch job within my unit specifically so I'm hoping my things don't get damaged in any heavy rain. Other than that, Public Storage seems like a nice facility to store temporarily.
