Wonderful customer service the best storage.

Had a bit of a rough move in. No one was there during office hours so had to do the check in over the phone. The hand trucks they provide have 6 wheels that all go in different directions and are impossible to steer. I checked the whole facility to see if I could find one that worked well and they were all the same. Other folks that I ran into in the facility stated that they were garbage too. Do not to use them for something fragile! Ok place if bring your own carts and lighting! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s pretty dark in those storage units.
