Perfect storage for needs. The move was perfect.

This is my first time using a storage unit and it was a very easy and convenient process for me. This is a great facility and I'm looking forward to my experience here.

Overall, the rating is good but customer service is hard to get them on the phone.

Satisfied with the location and size

From online reservation to move-in, I can tell that this company took every step in consideration to give customers the most user-friendly experience. Would HIGHLY recommend!

At move in my code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work either door. I spent 30 mins on the phone with CS trying to troubleshoot the lock on the door. Ok things happen. Fast forward a few days later I get a notice saying theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re adding insurance to my rental even when I provided my renters insurance. Two months later, I get an email saying that my insurance is expiring and they will be adding the fee again. I sent them a copy of my insurance again it does not expire until 2024 now today I get a new bill with the fee adding after being told my insurance was valid. If you have no choice, but to rent for them because their prices are so low keep in mind there is no one onsite at this location and they were at random feet so your billing you would need to look at it every single month. Not to mention Michael still never works at the door. I literally have to wait for someone else to come to get me in.

Very easy application and clean building was able to do everything while at work no issues so far

I would like to give super kudos to the lady I spoke with on the phone, I'm so sorry I can't remember her name, I had some minor issues and had to call 3 times, each time she was so nice and professional.

Clean facilities, seems to be secured well. Can't beat the price and 24hour access. Was a little confused on where my unit was but once I found it no issue

Says 848 Dailey mill but is actually 930 Dailey mill, so was looking in wrong facility until I waited 20 mins on phone to find out. They try to force you to but insurance for the unit. Outside doors were not secure. All done online so more difficult getting help

Great value but better directions should be given. If youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re in a space that starts with a letter youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be in building 1 (actual address will take you there). If youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re in a numbered unit youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll go to building two (930 is the numeric address). My code along with another tenant didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work. We spent 20 mins on with CS trying to get the door open. Then randomly the other tenants code worked but mine did not work for the building I needed to be in. Unit map should have been made like the actual layout but it isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t. It looks as if the aisle are horizontal but the run vertically.

I was given the wrong address initially thankful CS works on Sundays or I would have been screwed. The facility only has a freight elevator, with these little carts and I had a lot of things to move. And it was 90 degrees inside of I knew the temperature was gonna be cool I would have just gotten an outside unit. Nevertheless it was clean and the unit was the perfect size for my things.

10 federal has been a delight nothing of what I was thinking but better. Customer service is exceptional wish I could remember the gentleman name. Place is clean, very easy to maneuver and get your things in storage and the price was great compared to other companies. I would say don't change anything and this company will be around for a long time.

10 Federal is easily reached and very clean; I was pleasantly surprised. The code worked without any difficulty, as did the combination on the lock. The door slid up and down SO easily, and the large carts were so helpful in getting all my things into the space. I was happy, too, to be able to get the winter special discount and the first-full-month-free offer (though I'm not looking forward to the price rise in the second quarter). I've appreciated every customer service person I've spoken with; they are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I hope I continue to be this happy with this space.
