Comfortable clean friendly staff and very fast The only problem is they only had one dolly and it was broken other than that I would recommend this place is very clean very friendly very fast working and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very cool and comfortable

I just moved in here, all is good so far. The storage place I just left is horrible, so I'm looking forward to a much better experience here. Be aware though, I have little patience for problems now due to my past experience. Hoping for much better at General Storage McDonough!

I called the phone number listed on this online page and get a call center type operator on the line. She said this location had what I wanted (Climate controlled unit). I call the actual storage facility to setup time to go look at the unit, fill out paperwork etc... and get informed he does not have what I requested. He then blames the call center for selling things they don't have available but when I call the Call Center back they blame the storage facility for not updating their system with what's available. He said, she said. BS I say!

Good storage space. Easy access to the facility, regardless of the time!.

The facility was very clean with excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions and had a little play area for my 3 year old to play. Even took him on a ride in the golf cart to see the building.
