Was an easy process to reserve my space online and then it asked if I was ready to proceed with paying online and beginning a contract. As easy as that and without waiting in a line inside I now have a storage unit with code for the gate as well as the code for the lock on my unit. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Clean, seems to be well maintained. Well lite.

There is a Pine Tree limb touching the top of my Boat Motor. I tried to break off the ends but it does need removal. I may bring a clipper the next time I go to the facility.

Well I moved in the middle of one month. Had to change into a larger unit. One of the Customer Service ladies was real nice, but that was after I had spoke to one who was very short and snappy. You could tell she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like her job and was rushing me. The final one I spoke to was very nice and applied a promo of the first full month free. She said it would just be applied automatically, then I get a notice from the company saying I was in default and they put a lock on my unit. I emailed them back and told them. Now I have been trying to login and pay my bill. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t log in and I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t reset my password. I definitely would not recommend this location at all.

All was good gate and lock opened as advertised unit was clean.

I have 2 storage units here. The only problem I have had is the padlocks they give you. They do not go thru the holes of the door lock. And, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a bit concerned that they advertise as being a locked storage facility. I have NEVER seen the gate shut. EVER! I have been there early morning, morning, noon, afternoon, evening. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been there as late as 9:30-9:45 pm. I have never seen the gate shut.

A bit unhappy that the gates were left wide open entering the facility and exiting the facility.

Customer service was impeccable, but the facility isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the nicest and the latch to lock is quite rusty.
