Excellent facility snd personnel. I also really like the internet platform, well thought out and integrated with the physical plant.

The process was very quick and easy, loved how I could do it all from my phone online.

Michelle was absolutely the best! She demonstrated awesome customer service coupled with patience & knowledge. I was going to use another storage company but the initial experience was terrible with poor customer service. No one on site to assist as advertised. After hours on the phone, issue was not resolved & I could not open two unit. I decided that company would not be a good fit & I am so glad I found Michelle at Cubesmart. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!! Ask for Michelle for stellar customer service!!!

Loved how easy it was to secure a unit, exactly what I was looking for. Accessibility was a major concern for me while shopping around and this place is very spacious and easy to get any vehicle in and out.

I checked in on a Sunday when they were closed. They did everything for me. It was a simple and smooth process.They had the best rate in town for 10 x 10. So far a great experience.

the customer service could have been much better

My daughter and I were told that the restrooms in the office weren't open to the public. I feel that as someone that is a paying customer, I'm not considered "public" but a client/customer. Otherwise, the property is clean and well kept.

The office staff made the process so very quick and easy. Very pleasant and friendly to me and my 5 year old who was with me. It was bit more than some others places around monthly, but the online discount and the free first month balanced that I think. The staff and service made it definitely worth a little extra. Thank you for your help and kindness.

I was supposed to receive 50% off my first month's rent, if I reserved the unit in December of 2021, and was told when I secured the unit I did not get any discount at all.

I attempted to move in on a Sunday. When my entry code didn't work (it had worked previously) I spent about one hour on the phone with customer service attempting to get a code that did work to open the gate. That was unsuccessful. It was a few hours before another representative returned by call with a code that did work. I had to go back on Monday to move in and I had to rent my uhaul truck for an extra day because I could not gain access on a Sunday.

Overall Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m pleased with the facility. Unit was indoors and clean, however not climate controlled. Will be moving out by summer. Gate keypad/screen needs an upgrade or replacement. You cannot read anything on it. Just type your number and hope itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s correct or there are no messages. This is only my second time renting storage but I assumed all were 24 hours. This facility closes at 10pm. My fault for not reading but was highly delayed getting my stuff put away due to no entry after 10. Overall, I felt safe leaving my items here and would recommend for someone looking for a nice cheaper alternative.

I reserved online and came to the office at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. Although the hours reflect this as opening time, no one was there, the doors were locked and the lights were off. I left and came back at 9:30 to find the office open. Other than that it was a great experience and easy transaction.

Kim was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in negotiating the lease of a storage unit. I first reserved a unit online; but, being unsure of the exactsquare footage required to house my belongings, she showed me several availablesizes. The contractural agreement/signatures took only about 10 minutes. Kim'sprofessionalism and business acumen far exceeded my expectations!Many thanks,Victoria

Had a good experience getting a storage unit here. The woman who helped us was great. Only thing I wish is that they tell you when you inquire online you have to have a monthly insurance.

This is a fairly new facility in a very good area. The paperwork was quick and easy, and the accessibility is terrific without compromising security.
