Worst customer service ever. The girl at the front desk preferred to be on a conference call than to take care of a customer. The code did not work and instead of refreshing the system I had to keep coming back to the door in the pouring rain to get the gate open while rudely being told she is on a conference call. She needs to be taught that customer service is important and that you don't wait to fix the problem. We were on a short time schedule with a truck rental and she wasted over 30 minutes of our time.

Located near a gas station, shopping plaza, and fast food areas. This makes it perfect to take advantage of their rental van. Drive the van and refuel it with ease upon return. It also leaves you opportunity to buy packaging materials from the nearby shopping plaza and then enjoy some food in the area to replenish your body after moving. Totally a great investment.

Nice folks, very helpful

The facility does not record where my unit is. The unit was full of yellow jackets. The post outside my unit was hit and it is in terrible conditon.
