So far I have had a great experience. The people at the desk are super friendly and professional. Set up was really quick and easy which I appreciate.

You better get good insurance if you're storing items at Extra Space Storage. Management knows the units leak water but have ignored the problems for years. They still rent the units out as climate controlled, but when your unit floods, they act like they had no idea. Their only response is, "hope you have insurance", as they feel they are not responsible for any problems that may arise.
