Everyone at the storage facility was very helpful and kind. The policies made sense and were not predatory. Very pleasant experience. The actual unit (non climate controlled one) was a little dusty and did not have an individual light, so a lantern or flashlight was required. other types of units might be lit, but it was an inconvenience having to hold a flashlight to see what was in my storage bins in the unit.

Wish I had rented from them 3 yrs ago. Might not be be "prettiest" but does have the best prices and a Senior Discount. I really like that I can set up an online account after 1st inperson payment (which is not a problem since I 'm only 1 mi from facility) I checked out the place the day before and was glad I waited til the next day to sign up with the Manager - She told me the unit I was shown got water after heavy rain & said she would'nt rent that one. I reserved my desired unit size and move in date thru Sparefoot and received a move-in special.

The rep on site seemed a bit hesitant about the one-month free offer but I showed the confirmation email that clearly outlined what I was entitled to. Otherwise, quick move in, usual paperwork, no admin fee. Seems like older property, but easy to get to.

I reserved the wrong unit, i was lucky because they had the size I really needed; however, the unit itself was very dirty, had spider webs ,ants, and even a hole in a wall.

In the pinch of moving and needing space I called at 4:30 and was able to get situated and able to moved in that same day. The associate was so nice and personable and explained everything so well. It's a great price and location. Not fancy like most but that's not really needed to sore things!

The person who helped me on the phone before my move in date, and the person who helped me on the date of my move in, were both so very helpful. They never made me feel like I was being rushed, they were courteous, and patient, and very helpful in answering all my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

This is definitely one of the least costly storage units within a short driving distance of the city. Some of the roadways between the units could use some repaving or leveling, but my unit was clean and easy to find. I would definitely recommend this facility for those looking for cost effective storage.

I have rented previously and was in need of some storage. The staff informed me of the online special, helped me to book and moved me in the next day. The upgraded security gate is a step in the right direction. i will and did (that day) recommend to friends to rent here.
