Upon arriving to check in and sign paperwork I was immediately and expeditiously taken care of. The gentleman who checked me in has the best personality and was so helpful and informative. My storage Unit is 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢x10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢. It was easy and painless to access the gate and pull my 15ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ uhaul right up to the units door. We had the truck unloaded in no time! You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price and convenience of 24 hour, drive up access. I drove 16 miles out of my way just to use this facility and I would do it again. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier. This facility was exact what I was looking for and there were no hidden charges or fees. It is nice to have old fashion, economical, quality service with a smile. Ark provides all of that and so much more!

Easy And Cheap friendly staff

I ended having to rent 3 storage units. It would have been nice if a multiple unit discount was offered.

It took a while to get all papework in order but once everything was signed and copied , I received my keys and a lock and went on my way. I chose a outside unit for easy drive up access and it worked out perfect. No complaints so far. I had my unit packed in about 30 minutes . No issues at all.

This is my second storage unit I have rented and the location was key. After arriving and talking to the owner I realized that this was a great facility and its secure!

Their prices were good initially, but they charged me long after I was gone. It was a pain to get them to stop charging my credit card.

When I was trying to find a storage unit, this location was very convenient and the te was most helpful.

Very nice staff, made to feel welcome and met other fellow renters who were helpful in sharing information.

Rate is different than what is listed online. Rate listed $42 a month but when I went there the rep said $42 for 3 months and later increasing to around $82. That is not clear online.

I've only been using this site for a week but I like the friendly approach the attendant gave me. I like being able to pay online. The premises are on the main street, but the back is facing woods from what I can tell.

Friendly staff, however they close around lunch time, so if you plan on coming up call ahead to ensure someone is there.

Very bad, I reserved a bay a month in advance....showed up with my confirmation paperwork on move in day, only to find out my bay was unavailable

Penske set up my storage for me they sent me an email and confirmation number but didn't send it to the storage people so when I got there they had no storage for me but the guy was nice enough to give me a climate control one for half the price for 3 months so I can try and find a cheaper one because I can't afford the climate control price. I would recommend Ark storage to every one because Lewis was the best.

Customer service was perfect! Paper work felt like signing for an apartment! They didn't have the exact unit I reserved but he gave me 1/2 off 2 months plus thes same when I move to the unit I need! I found that there was still stuff in my unit but he cleaned out quickly! Overall im happy with it.

Sales associate was very helpful and recommended that even get a larger storage when we explained how much we were moving. It could have been a disaster of we would have gotten the other one. What moved everything in after service desk was closed. Had he not moved us up to a larger one, we couldn't have finished the move and wasted time.

I am thoroughly satisfied, the help is phenomenal. I locked my storage incorrectly, and was notified immediately, this was greatly appreciated!

Good customer service but not the most clean facility. Large amount of animal droppings in the storage area when I got there. The price was unbeatable so I guess you get what you pay for.

I was surprised to find there were no gimmicks with the free month. It is actually free. Older facility, but clean. Customer service was exceptional. I definitely recommend. The only thing that bothers me is I wish the building entry doors were more secure.

We actually moved in a couple of days before our reservation and needed to get a second small unit with no problems.

I had to reserve sight unseen as I was moving up from Florida so was a bit nervous but couldn't be more pleased. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and the storage facility was more than adequate.

Can't beat it for the price. I have rented other units here and have never had issues with rodents, flooding or security. It's certainly not a new and pretty facility but it provides everything a storage unit is supposed to at a great deal.

Overall, the price is good for storage needed. However, it is somewhat dirty. Paperwork was done in a quick and simple manner.

It was just what I was looking for at a good price.

The unit was dirty. There are ants on the floor of the unit and lots of dirt, luckily I brought my own blankets to cover the floors. Also, they advertise 1st 3 months half off or 1st month free. I tried to get the 1st 3 months half off but they wouldn't honor that promotion but at least I did get the 1st month free. Overall, I'd recommend this storage facility if you really just want a super cheap facility, just make sure and bring a broom to sweep out the debris.

It's a great price for my unit but I guess maybe you get what you pay for? The floor was covered with debris. I had to clean it out myself. The has was broken so I had to buy a different kind of lock to secure the door. Then when I tried to leave, the gate would not open and there's no way to put the access code from inside. I had to crawl through the gate (which means someone else could walk in without an access code) and entre the code from outside to get the gate to open. I sent E-mail to the storage management about it but they never answered. Also, the road to the unit is very narrow so you have to pull over somewhere to let others by if someone comes along at the same time. And there's a big hill. Hope it doesn't ice over in the winter.

Average facility with super customer service friendly and helpful,with a great personality. There are several storage facilities closer to my house but it is well worth the drive. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing storage.

I've been very happy with this storage facility. It is well kept, has easy and convenient access and the manager there is very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I feel safe when entering my storage unit and I am confident that all my possessions are where I left them.
