Amazing customer service given by Michael, personalized tour through their VERY CLEAN facility, complementary coffee/tea provided, exceptional pricing, I was able to reserve a 10”10” climate controlled self storage at 4am (FREE of charge to reserve) and our movers were unloading the truck by 10am+1st month is free. WOW what a relief for our family to have all our worries taken care of at CubeSmart DULUTH!!! Recommend for anyone needing self storage. This place is #1.

The staff I talked to on the phone, and in person, were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Teiara and Michael, the managers, make sure the place is clean and were great to deal with. The hallways are kept clear, so as long as it isn't crowded, it's easy to get into and out of your unit.

The gen mgr Mr Green was very efficient and pleasant and made our transaction easy. The facility was clean, well lit and seems very secure. We were grateful to find the facility has clean bathrooms and cold drinking water fountains conveniently near the storage entance.

Customer Service was great! Storage size through the websites is not accurate with the reality of what fits. The 5 by 10 claims to fit a lot more than it does, so it is difficult to reserve the right size.

Cube Smart Gwinett needs NEW push carts that work better for the customer to use. What they have currently are old and not working well for the customer. I would like to think that they could make a SMALL investment and purchase NEW PUSH CARTS for their customers to use, which would make their move in and out a better experience. Beside that, everything else was nice.

I like cubesmart storage. It's clean and so far I have enjoyed the comfort I feel and leaving my items in their facility. I do wish that there was more light at the entrance on the back for the Duluth location because ithe light doesn't extend out into the parking lot. it's very dark in the back when you're trying to deliver at night.

It's a nice facility the only thing it needs is brighter light during the evening hours around the area you enter to load your items for storage. The lack of bright lights makes it feel less secure.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at how professional the staff were, how quick the service was, and how the facility was so clean. I would definitely recommend this facility. For the price of a truck rental, which is free here, you will get about 3 months storage. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that we moved on a Saturday afternoon so it was very busy. There were not enough hand trucks or carts. Other than that, 5 stars

I really appreciate the rate that I received for the storage space. The team that serviced me were very customer-service oriented and they made everything very easy. The only thing that I disliked was the mandatory insurance but I guess it's better to have more coverage than not enough. I will refer others to this facility

Would use again but was told the insurance was NOT mandatory with Simply Storage Gwinnett - when I got there I was told it was MANDATORY. As I am in my seventies and only getting Social Security the extra $9/mth was bad for me
