I chose this facility because it had the lowest price. The customer service is the worst ever. When I came to pickup the truck I was NOT told about paying a cash deposit so I left and returned later to find out they were closed for lunch. I stood up outside watching as the representative eat lunch while I waited. It was too late in the day to move so I called customer service to reschedule. When I came back the next day I got a phone call as I was about to turn in the parking lot that the truck is not ready for pickup. So another day off to a late move to rush back before they close to return the truck. One month later, I am still waiting for the executive escalation department to call me back regarding this issue.

Storage facility is clean. Seems secure enough. Carts made available to customers for moving furniture, boxes, etc. are in poor shape. Also, I was forced to buy redundant insurance coverage at the time of the rental because they failed to tell me that I needed my homeowner's policy's declarations page when I called them ahead of time specifically to ask what I needed to bring with me. Just keep that in mind so they don't scam you on it. And then they wouldn't post my negative review on their site (despite sending me an email that my review was approved and up), so just be aware that their glowing reviews over there are inflated.
