I reserved my unit online but experienced an issue paying for the reservation. Andre was very helpful in getting everything sorted out. He was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful! He patiently helped me through selecting insurance as well. When I came by to see the unit, Andre was just as helpful in person in explaining how to digitally access the gate. I don't get to say this very often but this was an overall outstanding customer service experience. I highly recommend getting your storage unit here!
