Outstanding professionalism with the employee named Jennifer who explained everything with great gratitude. The place is very clean , convenient to load /unload, very secure and safe . They also rent a moving track hassle free. Keep up !

Overall - a very pleasant experience

Did the online check in. You are billed for a lock, and can't refund it even if you have your own lock. My access code didn't work, but the staff gave me a temp code to get moved in. It's clean, and so far no issues.

Overall. The facility is nice. I did have problems with my access code. It did take almost a day to get it solved. If I had used the facility at 9, which I could have no, I would not have been able to get access to the floors that I needed. This would have been a problem, but I waited to move in until business hours. The customer service was great. She should be a code which did get me onto the floor that I needed temporarily until my code could be fixed.make sure you sign up online to save a couple of dollars, but you will have to use their lock. I had purchased a lock expecting to use my own kamaole to sign up online and find out it was automatically included in the purchase. Then I found out that there was no refund for the lock. not a huge deal but could have saved me about 20 bucks.

Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience at Uncle Bob's Self Storage. Karen, Associate Manager, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. She provided us with a tour of the place and helped us with making a decision on the size of the unit. I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided.
