As it states first month free it’s totally Not True and for me to have to wait two months to receive a FREE month is a scam because I wouldn’t have my belongings in storage more than a month so where’s the Free month as initially promised❓

Excellent customer service when I called in and when I arrived. The agent at the desk was very professional and spent some time understanding my storage needs. He made some valuable suggestions. I didn't know though, that the doors lock down at 10 pm. I had been in mid-shuffle to the unit and I left my doors open and went to my car to check on something and I was locked out. The facility says it is 24 hours. I heard later that one needs to pay extra for that convenience. Also didn't know when I could come back in the morning. Just need new folks to get that information.

My move in was great. All around great facility and the manager Mahogany was so sweet and informative.

Midgard is conveniently located right off of Peachtree (Industrial) Boulevard, right where Doraville and Peachtree Corners meet. The address is on PIB, and you can access it from the northbound access road by driving through a long parking lot. The easiest access is actually from Amwiler Road. I needed a 10' x 15' climate controlled unit, and they had the lowest price of anyone in the metro Atlanta area. The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in, and the sign up process was simple.

The service was excellent, the space in the warehouse is very comfortable and clean.

This process was quick and efficient. Stephanie was quick and helpful with getting me all set with my move in. She made sure I was comfortable with storage unit and offered me any tools or equipment that I may needed such as locks and boxes. Im so happy I found this storage space.
