unit was dirty. I had to blow it out with my leaf-blower. Had to rent a unit that has 3 narrow doors and each one needs a lock.

Getting the unit was easy. Getting a truck/van rental was very hard. After get a reservation for Saturday the van keys were "lost/missing" so they reserved me another truck for Monday. Monday morning I get to the office and that truck wasn't avail b/c the keys were "locked" in the truck. So I get another reservation on Jimmy Cater and that was ridiculously packed and had to wait forever. After all that, I get to my unit with already had a lock on it. So I had to call the office MULTIPLE times for the lady to come and take that lock off. I was very frustrated. What would have happened if the office was closed and I wasn't able to reach anyone. Thank God I moved early in the day.

Good price due to 50% off for 3 months offer from Sparefoot. I didn't put 5 stars on cleanliness because it could use sweeping out. Customer service was very good with agent helping me rent my unit even though I arrived right at closing time.
