The place was easy to move in to. Most difficult and reassuring part was elevator access. I know my belongings are definitely secure but it took more time to connect the phone to gain access to the elevator.

Facility is clean and storage is great. However, elevator was broken and I got stuck in it for a while. Also required my movers to use the other elevator, more than doubling the time it took. I guess someone on-site would have made it better.

My move-in was discussed with multiple staff, but when they day came there was absolutely no one in the office for me to get my gate access. That is when I found out that they are closed for the week, but just two days before no one I spoke to told me anything about that. The website was then not working either so it took me 2 hours before I was about to get my access code. This only positive is that the price was great compared to the storage unit next door.

Move in for $1 for your first month plus admin fees and lock fee if you dont have your own. 0 contact needed. You can complete registration online. Lock will be in storage if needed so i just paid the 20 for it. Total for first month move in around 40 bucks. I think its a great deal if you just need 1-2 months. Due to the location and temp control, rates are pretty pricey.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
