Gave me a price per month over the phone, Did not say anything about the required insurance cost of $15.00 each month, or that the doors only work with a special cylinder lock that I ad to purchase for $21.00. And with your move in special $1.00 there was a $24.00 application FEE. I went in expecting to pay $32.00 and using my lock, instead ended up paying 0ver $64.00. 3 stars at best!

The customer service was extremely good! Winter was detailed, organized, and clearly cared about what she was doing. Really refreshing. My only concern was that when I came back to move in, the door to our unit (which is not behind a gate, but behind a key-coded door) had been propped open and no one was to be seen. We moved in for over an hour, and never saw the person who had propped the door open. So, basically, someone could've just walked in from the street and tried all the unit locks. A little unsettling.

Best experience I have had getting a storage unit. Paige at the front desk took extra time to find the best unit with the best prices for me. Took no time at all! I chose this storage facility because it was closest to my home, but I would choose it again due to the ease of the experience and genuine consideration from Paige!

Once we got through the Public Storage computer glitches it was easy sailing. Despite the system claiming my ID was invalid it finally all came together and I was able to access my unit and set things up.

Pros: Everything is easy and straight forward. First month $1. Lock purchase through them so I don't have to find a secure one that can't be bolt cut. Decent hours 6am-9pm for the climate controlled. Cons: To walk down a hallway with visible red eye sores (people that didn't pay), a busted open unit, and a dumpster diver, leaves me a little concerned... hopefully it's just normal business. Gates and cameras hopefully do the trick. Note: I don't watch any of the reality shows about storage units.
