Moving into this storage h it was by far the easiest way to move into a storage. I was able to do everything electronically. Which was great! I love that for me and the pricing.

Didn't know where the unit was, we booked this on-line and it would have been helpful if we had a map of the facility ahead of time. After a couple of trips up and down a couple of isles I went into the office and asked the customer care agent on duty. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I rented a unit at this location about an year ago and needed to get a bigger unit. Last Friiay, 9/8, I went in to the office and John was very knowlegable and friendly in assisting me with my transfer. He took me out to see my new unit and I when I told him that I preferred an outdoor unit, John did not hesitate to accommodate my request. My transfer experience was very pleasant and I received a follow-up voicemail yesterday from an associate (sorry I don'e remember her name) to confirm that I was moved and stated if I needed any additional assistance to call back. Great Customer Service!

Great Service! Kyle went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. He got me the special they were having and was very thorough with his explanations for any inquiries or concerns I had. He made sure to explain all procedures on how to get in and out of the storage unit and property. At the end I could not think of anything that he had not already covered without my asking. I eont store my furnishings anywhere but here. Always kind and take care of any issues. Nothing major but always provide acct status, snd any other info I need by phone. Old school so not much done on website.
