From the time I made the call to inquire about pricing and availability until I actually signed and paid for a storage unit - the process was outstanding. Everyone who spoke with me was very helpful and answered every question. Once I went to the location to secure the unit, the process was fast and the manager was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Public Storage!

The employee I worked with was Sandi. The movers we used were horrible, but Sandi made my experience of moving in to our storage unit better. Any issues that the mover cause she was right there to help me through this situation. I am so thankful for her patience and assistance. One of the best employees I've worked with in a long time.

I called to get a storage unit and the customer support operators were great. They got me exactly what I had wanted.
