It took about 30 minutes to do the move-in docs and then access the unit. The manager, Mark, was very helpful with walking me through App highlights and remote gate access.

It was very easy and smooth process.

My experience was very good. The unit was perfect for the item that I needed to store. The young lady who showed me the unit was very nice and very knowledgeable about the facility. When I returned to purchase the unit, Mark did an outstanding job. He was very nice and very helpful.

I liked it so much because it has price better than others. But the light on my side is so week and I can't see the labels that I put on my boxes at all. I need to use flash light. And I found small cockroach on first day so I spray Insecticide Every time I go. The costumer service was wonderful and friendly. It is easy to reach my storage. Thank you
