The desk clerk, Lisa, was very helpful and did a very good job explaining the location rules, etc. The unit appears to be adequate for my needs. I think the locks should be returnable as they are not useable for other needs. The other locks work just as well.

The employee was very nice and helpful && the process was quick and easy. However they don't tell you that you have to pay for their lock and you can use your own but still have to purchase their lock but overall it's great.

I thought I was getting a great deal since I only needed the storage unit for about a month until my new place was ready to move in. For $1 plus administration fee $25 wasn't bad for $1st month rent since I spent do much on moving cost. But when I went to the facility to fill out the information I find out that there are new locks you have to buy. I've rented from Public Storage before do I already have one of those thick locks. Now they have a cilinder lock you have to buy the problem I gave with that is that I can't see how I would be able to refuse that type of lock for anything else except if I rent again ftom them if they haven't changed the locks again. Do for me it's a waste of money which I don't have too much of. On top of that you gave to pay insurance for the unit and if you don't get enough coverage for your items that's gonna be your loss.
