Easy move in to clean unit, only complaint is the app doesn't open the doors needed to access as advertised, but honestly it's easier to just remember the code.

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And they Crack me up. They are the only reason I keep coming back and send out referrals Darlene and Mary are irreplaceable.

The customer service was outstandingly helpful. The aisles are sufficiently wide, and they provide locks. Access is pretty good. I need to learn how to use the gate access app. The light outside my unit is missing a bulb. Feel pretty confident they will replace the bulb.

Awesome experience with Lisa this past Saturday setting up my unit. She was so kind and helpful!

Darlene is absolutely amazing!!! She was very professional yet personable. She has a great personality and smile and she explains things very well. I have already referred 2 people to this storage facility because of her. Prices and specials were also great!

There were two employees at your office the evening of 12/17/2018 when I got there to puny stuff in my space. I got there at exactly 6 pm and they didn't even acknowledged my presence because they were ready to leave.

Everyone is nice and friendly, but the rates go up every now and again and before long your rate is double what it was originally

Great customer service!

I would recommend this location. Friendly staff and clean. Only issue is not having a push cart in two occasions and rent keeps going up but thinking that's everywhere.

I came to the store to get merchandise a few days ago for my girlfriend and I to move in. Ariana & Darlene provided me with excellent customer service. They saved me form paying for items that we absolutely did not need. I recommend this facility for anyone that needs a storage. They'll save you time and money.

This is a fantastic Public Storage. Top notch units and fantastic staff. Darlene and Lisa both assisted me (with my many questions) and were extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommend using this location. I'd give six stars if I could!

Mary and Darlene were amazing! Mary was very helpful when the unit I reserved online did not fit our needs. She found a bigger unit and handled all the changes.

Great customer service.. This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and the manager Lisa made it a very easy and pleasant experience.

If there was a way to give 6 stars I would. I am a stickler for great customer service and I cannot say enough about the employees like Darlene and Vanessa (and of course the owner Richard) here! We're renting a large unit for virtually all of our belongings for a year, so having a high level of comfort is extremely important to us. The staff and owner are extremely professional, helpful, kind, and go ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only did they make special accommodations before we moved in, but the day of the move was very stressful and Vanessa arranged a back up unit (without us even having to ask) when she noticed that everything might not fit in our unit. I received a follow up satisfaction call days later too. NOT TO MENTION that we have items shift in the unit that prevented us from opening the door --- and while my husband and I tried everything to get in, we were convinced we'd have to pay $1000 to have the door removed. EXECPT the owner (Richard) made a special trip to the unit without us even asking and HE GOT IT OPENED and saved the day. Talk about going above and beyond! Never thought I could say this, but I absolutely love this Public Storage!!!!!

Wonderful staff I definitely recommend this storage to everyone.

No issues and much better than Secure Storage.
