Mrs. Glenn was very helpful and nice. She called me to confirm when I was coming in to complete my reservation. She completed my reservation and paperwork in less then 30 minutes. I wasn't expecting nor had I planned on the rates going up after moving in. Also Insurance on the space wasn't mentioned until I was filling out paperwork to move in. Another thing is having to buy a lock instead of using my own. It'd be nice if these things were mentioned in your ads before finding out afterwards.

Great on the personal help. Not so great on the locking mechanism needing new cap bolts. Also power and lights are only on at night (Photo cell activated) and it is very dark in parts of a full unit during the day. I have only answered excellent as the personal there were very fast and friendly.

I just rented a space @ this location and I love the customer service. The young lady named Iris was so nice, very informative and knowledgeable of the information given. She was very sweet and helpful. The space is clean easy access and looks very safe. Definitely would recommend renting a space @ this location.

Called the 800 number (National office) on a Friday to get a unit for the next day. Dan at the National office told me that there was a unit available. When I got there, Maya took the time to ask the correct questions about the amount of rooms & stuff I have and then more importantly LISTENED to what I said. Maya was very helpful. Turned out that there was no unit large enough for my stuff at her location so she looked for vacancies at nearby facilities. Maya was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Even though I didn't rent from Maya, I couldn't have asked for a more satisfactory customer experience. Tawana was also very friendly.
