This was one of best in person customer service experiences I have had with an representative of a company in years. Carolyn at the front office was very helpful with phone calls and in person help at location. She even remembered that my wife and son were sick and asked about them at a future call.

Easy process

The reservation process was really easy and the representative was very helpful. Julie at the facility is awesome. She explained everything thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. I feel like my stuff will be safe and secure there. I highly recommend this place as it's very professional.

Nice facility, however if you have an issue, customer service does not return their calls nor can you get anyone on the phone. Also be aware of their rate structure as they have different rates for the same storage unit, dependent upon whether its internet, telephone or face to face. Once you discover this, they refuse to give you the best rate.
