Clerk was prompt, pleasant and efficient. She showed me to my unit and processed my new application quickly. Every question I asked, she answered capably. My one questionable comment would be that the property seems to need cleaning. I've been to my unit four times, over five days, and the same trash has been lying on the floor at the rear entrance (empty cartons), inside the elevator (sock, cup of applesauce), and even the same McDonald's cup has been positioned on top of the yellow post, for days, outside at the loading door.

Mary was sooooo helpful and patient with me in trying to find the perfect size storage! If it wasn't for her I would have ended up with too small of storage which would have wasted money and time. Also I go in once a month to pay for my father's storage and she is always nice and friendly. Thanks a bunch Mary!

Staff is nice. During the hot weeks there is no cooling system on. How do they expect you to go in your unit in these HOTTTT conditions! Get it fixed soon.

When you can store your belongs on almost any corner these days the most important factors are superior service, a knowledgeable staff, and a friendly environment. These folks have a clear understanding of those points and put them into practice every day.

It was nice to be met by curteous and kind staff who went out of their way to help me with my needs. The facility seemed clean and well stocked and the precautions to protect people and their property, such as the gate and passcode, made me feel like I could come and go with little issue.

I love the staff at my location and the facilities are great. My only complaint would be my particular location requires you to, trade a drivers license for a key for carts. This is inconvenient for me as I take small loads everyday and I had a 4 out of 5 incident when I needed to unload on lunch breaks. Other PS storage a do not have this policy. So I may be victim of my location on this. But the people are great, services great and I give an absolute A other than than annoying factor. But I haven't rented in years so maybe this is normal.
