Public storage is a great storage facility and I feel very comfortable with my items stored at this facility. The staff is very professional and answered all the questions for all my needs.

The young lady was extremely friendly. Very nice. The storage was very nice. You have a great representative on site.

Jamye was amazing. She helped me get the right size unit, and made the process a breeze. It wasn't nerve racking or frustrating at all. She showed me the property and based on the items I was storing she was able to show me options of sizes available. Though it was a cold rainy day, she helped the sun to shine a little. I would recommend Public Storage to my friends and family. The young lady that helped me was excellent, sorry I can't recall her name out of the numerous calls and visit different storage places she was professional and listened to my storage needs. Thank you!.....The climate control units and the common area can use some cleaning.

The staff are accommodating, and that's mainly why I gave a decent review. The unit was priced well, but has a lot of issues-rusted door that does not come up without a lot of muscle, sliding latch not cut to fit the hole correctly-have to jiggle and hold the door up to slide latch, and roof leaked all over my bedroom furniture that I hope will not be ruined. Office staff gave me a free piece of plastic to cover dresser due to constant leak. The other option was to move to another unit (which would require me to spend money on movers-single female), so I took the plastic. Not my best experience, but again the staff are nice!

Good location just needs better cleaning equipment for the property grounds, which I believe is a corporate issue. The staff is nice and fast. Good prices.

This location is very clean and Ms. Kim D was very helpful.... I was unsure of packing my Unit she came out, helped and showed me the right way to pack the unit. She recommend me a damp check after she has one open inside of the office and show how it is utilized. I would definitely recommend someone to come down to her property thanks for everything Ms. Kim

The young lady who helped me move into my storage was awesome. I would have to say that I have one of the smallest storage units and I am paying 69 per month with the lowest renters insurance possible after seeing online that I would only have to pay $58. Also online it advertises $58 for storage and pull up service but I noticed that every storage unit inside of the gate you are able to drive up to the location. Overall I loved the young lady who helped me but the hidden fees that you all charge once in the office is ridiculous. Also the lock should be a courtesy since you pay so much money up front or at least give a discount.

I came in to pay my son's Bill and Ms Kim D as read on card and her Team was very helpful and very nice. The Office was clean and if I ever need to rent again I will be coming to this location. Thanks again Kim

Kim at the Tara Blvd location in Jonesboro, GA was excellent and knowledgeable in showing me around and informative about the rules and rent payments.

We ordered an inside room and had no options to transport furniture easier. It was a great inconvenience. Otherwise, the customer service, location, safety, and move-in rate was good. Thank you
