I already left a review. I should ve went somewhere else. When checking in I asked about a lease and was told to scan the barcode so I did. Nothing happened. Instead of helping figure it out, the gentleman on the monitor did something on his end and said that he's got me in and which unit and code to use. I am waiting to pay the admin fee but nothing. I get contacted by a manager through text stating they cut my lock cause they didn't have a name on the unit. I go through the process I should've had to do when moving in my items. Now I'm being contacted that my payment is late... I had a month free and their contract states payments are made on the 1st. It is the 25th and I'm being charged double and no answer to what the additional $44 is. $30 I could see being the admin fee but what is the $14 unaccounted for?

I was given a unit then was forced out for no reason. I barely come once a month I have big items Couches Beds, Dinning, and office supplies. I asked what the reason was they said they do not have to have a reason and that was all I ever got from them. I asked for a copy of my lease agreement which they deny. You will sign agreement, but you will not receive a copy beware... I must get another uhaul and unit at my expense because I am guessing they don't like me. IDK I have emailed support about this and why. They do not help. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! ROSWELL GA Location...

It is an affordable storage facility, which is great. However the onboarding process was difficult. I had to speak to a virtual assistant as there was no one on sight. I have struggled getting into the unit as there was no one to provide instructions. I also was not given a copy of the leasing agreement as it "had to be signed by a different department." It is great because it is affordable, but it would be much better if there was a human presence.

I was told I had to move out but no reason. I had a conversation with an employee that stated I couldn't close my storage door. I said I didn't know. He busted in and I was organizing things that I brought in from another storage I won on a storage bid. After agreeing I left. Two days later I received an email saying they didn't want me using their storage. I feel like it was because I'm black. I have a good job a home a business and they still will not tell me why. I confronted the employee about it days later. I literally only go to put stuff in. He said after telling my to keep it up I put it down again but it's a lie I left that day and wasn't back until a week later. I feel I was racial profiled. I asked reason for termination no response... The employee even said something about living there. How did you invading my privacy by coming into my storage and only seeing valuable belongings and up with you saying your trying to stop people from living here saving on rent. I told him that's funny because that's not what you witnessed so why bring that up especially when It did not pertain to me. If you are black be careful these people are definitely racist,...

Sadly, Reliant-mgmt.com, owners of Midgard Self Storage is not going to take care of you when there is an issue. The storage facility had a roof leak which affected two of my units. It was a maintenance issue, which they knew about and had not fixed it. The water damage caused more than $5K in damage. Furniture, artwork, etc. we had to escalate to the management company and the area director did not care. No offer to move our contents to another unit. No urgency. And very patronizing. The worst part is that they want my insurance to pay for their damage. Stay away from this location and any others that www.reliant-mgmt.com manages. They really DONﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢T care.

Gina is your best friend makes you feel at home with your stuff from home. She takes great care of you helps you to pick the perfect size and is amazing at helping you if you are worried. Stay safe and clean and ask for Gina your best friend in this neighborhood!

I looked at Roswell Midgard and another Midgard location that was $20 cheaper per month for same space, but liked Roswell best. Office staff was very helpful. Fencing has barbed wire across top to discourage people climbing over. This facility is fairly new however, my unit had been used previously but was clean. Just needed sweeping out. I have used storage facilities for many years. Where I was storing wanted to raise rent 33% with no loyalty to long term renters.

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize you couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t prepay and that prices would increase two times a year.

The manager at the Roswell (Holcomb Bridge) location was great. I really recommend this place if you need a storage unit.

The pricing got me in the door and its been great ever since. Just moved in and the process has been easy and efficient.

The people who run this storage facility are very nice and were willing to work with me on a move in time that was after hours. I do not know about the indoor storage facilities condition because I needed an outdoor storage parking area.

This was a great experience for me. I absolutely love Katie she was so cool, down to earth and polite. I told her I had to get on the road the day I went in or at least trying to before 11 she made the transaction easy, understanding and effortless. I appreciate her so much. Katie you are great! Keep that goodness about yourself. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Katie was an absolute pleasure helping to coordinate my move in. She answered all questions and made the paperwork seamless. Only annoyance was having to continuously enter passcode to use elevators. If it took too long to get the moving dolly into the elevator, the code deactivated requiring me to climb back over all the stuff to re-enter outside the elevator doors.

Awesome experience for a first timer using any storage facility

The staff is the best super nice very understanding. They even stayed late so i could come in. Never rushed me even though they where closed. I would diffentley get a room here if your looking. I have had storage at public storage and this place blows them away. I wont rent a room any where else now.

Some of the units are not the sizes advertised or not available when you arrive, but other than that a great place and great people, very safe and will continue to do business with them.

I have only been here for a week but have to say that I am very impressed and highly recommend this storage facility.

Customer service was excellent and moving in was A BREEZE. despite the sorry movers I hired. BESIDES THAT I AM PLEASED
