I needed a small storage unit to store a few things since I am moving. This would be the first time I ever rented a unit and I am very happy with it. The prices are very competitive.

Great space and easy to find.. Only issues is there is no attendants to help. No one answers the phone or answers the door of the building.

i needed a place to store my 16' utility trailer for a short term lease without a monthly contract. Shana with customer service found me just the right location and price. My reservation entitled me to the $1 initial month fee! I was greeted by two very pleasant individuals at the storage facility: Rosanna and Janet. I was driven in a golf cart by Rosanna to show me my exact parking spot. Very pleased with their service and assistance. Thank You!!

Just walked in and was nicely approached by this pleasant women named Ashley. She was awesome. She ran up and down the hill for me and my family because someone had the cart. She made things much more easier and faster with her attitude and character. Amazing person

I reserved a 10' X 15' storage unit online that was intended for my car. Selena did not know I needed one large garage door for the car as her 10' X 15' units had two doors. She promptly found me a unit I could use and it turned out to solve an additional storage problem I did not realize I had. She somehow managed to peek into my future and solve my problem.

The sign up process was onerous. Took way too long, too many pages, signatures, initials, etc. Fire your lawyers! I can't believe you don't have a MAP TO GIVE A NEW CUSTOMER! A simple post card-sized aerial view with location of my unit circled and the YouAreHere of the office! C'mon, people. Get smart. This is stupid. Unit should be swept out when old tenant leaves. Mine was a mess of dust and grime. Had to break down some boxes and cover the floor! LAME WELCOME!
