Public Storage - Roswell - 2300 Holcomb Bridge Road

The price is fair, (I know they will eventually raise it and my business will have to move again - a shell game storage places play with their customers), but this Public Storage location is a huge improvement over the Alpharetta Hwy location, which was dark and dank). Customer Service for this move was excellent. So far so good!

This place is great! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, easy to navigate, really simple self-service and reservation process, and the manager goes out of her way to ensure you have a pleasant experience. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t say enough nice things about how helpful and caring she is!

Easy and efficient check in, JaCara was the employee who completed my reservation and showed me the unit. Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Good management, professional and I feel safe

While easy to sign up and start the process, it was distressing to find out that my first payment was 50% more than what I expected. It was Not Disclosed that the exclusive lock type was $20 nor was it stated anywhere that I remember that insurance, another $11, was required. The client in the space next to mine arrived while I was loading my unit, and she complained that her unit was full of ants, and she showed her unit to me. Even though she had sprayed insecticide the day before, the ants were present in huge numbers. I hope I don't have the same problem.

I have been extremely pleased with my overall experience in working with Andreaus and Robert at the Public Storage in Roswell, GA. Having been in the customer business for over 30 years I can attest that these two individuals know the meaning of " customer service " and deliver " world class " service. They are both very professional , and provided " red carpet " treatment throughout the entire process. Thank you both for all your help !!!

Good service, good facility. I'd use them again. One of our doors only opened half way and there is no way to have it serviced with out me waiting for a third party repair person and me being there with them, need to check those doors before the units are rented.
