Very fast and efficient process to rent and move in, large property with convenient location. Admin, lock and insurance are additional fees.

The light in my unit doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work!!! Other than that everything is good.

The facility was clean, the folks at the front desk were very helpful.

It's a great location and the people are fantastic, but I got blindsided by the additional fees for mandatory insurance and start-up fee. I wish it had been more transparent from the beginning. It is still a great cost.

I was very Happy with this location from the moment I signed up. I received a confirmation call from a very nice guy the same day, then I got a follow up call from a very nice lady a couple of days before in moved my things in. When I walked in the office to do my paperwork, I was greeted by name before I even have them my name. Very nice people here, and I like that I got an extra discount for signing up online.

The staff at this site is very nice and very helpful. Nick is just a great person, very friendly and offered to assist in any way he can. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Today i encountered the "BEST" customer service in a very long time. Going into this public storage location, i was greeted by the cutest young lady with the biggest smile "Ashley Jacobs". After asking Ms.Jacobs about the prices of their units. She informed me that she is in training and that she has to ask her manager "Mrs. Kathy" for more info. All the while i was there Ms. Jacobs kept that bright smile on her face. It's very hard to come across good customer service these days. And i just want to thank Public Storage and Mrs. Kathy for hiring a bright smile and a great personality to represent your company.

The manager of the property is what sold us on Public Storage. She is the most helpful , pleasant, lady ever !!

The process of renting was super simple and super quick. The property manager was able to answer all questions and was very knowledgeable.

I recently moved to a small place and needed somewhere to store seasonal and unused items. I knew I was going to go with Public Storage because of their reputation, so I went online to inquire and saw that they offered online specials, which is always nice. I reserved a unit, got a call from the manager on duty to confirm and that Saturday I moved my belongings in. Upon arrival the staff was courtesy, she walked me through all the paperwork, showed me the unit, how to access it and how to also gain access to the secured property. They have 24 hour surveillance so I do not have to worry about my things and they also offer ACH debits so I know the unit is being paid for on time.

I wish dealing with other businesses were like dealing with Public Storage
