We're happy about the convenience and quality of the facility.

Everything was fine, Ebony was very helpful but the fact that you guys force people to buy insurance is something that I did not liked.

A young lady named ebony help me she was extremely nice very knowledgeable showed me the property and then get with three and detail all of the provisions that I needed to know about before signing up found it very reasonably priced she offered to see if I needed any Goods like boxers or tape and I did and I was very pleased and would highly recommend

My husband and I are completely satisfied with the service we received from Public Storage. We recently needed to find a parking space for an oversized van. We had it in our driveway until a letter from the neighborhood HOA informed us we had to move it or face fines. I made calls to several storage facilities and when I called the Public Storage on Canton Rd., Aaron told me his facility currently had no 10x20 spaces available but he would check the other Public Storage places nearby to try to find me a space. Within a minute he found a space only a few miles further, he got it reserved for me and I went there to check it out and fill out the paperwork!! I can't say enough about the great customer service I received and I won't hesitate to recommend Public Storage to my friends or family who may need storage solutions!

I was in the process of renovating my garage space and needed some temporary space to store some items so I could organise others. The local Public Storage had just the right space at the right price. The attendant was very pleasant and helpful and I was able to rent the space I needed.

Public Storage has very clean facilities, the security is great, and the staff is ultra-friendly and helpful.
