The lock was missing but the associate was very prompt to bring it to us. Door was super difficult to lock as the door wasn’t aligned well but it was doable so no big deal

There were no issues moving in, the unit was the size we needed and it was clean as well. I got this unit for my daughter who needs it to put her dorm essentials in for the summer

The Manager, Lauren, was great to work with in helping to guide me through the process. We rented a unit to store my daughter's dorm room belongings over the summer and it was a great experience. The facility is clean and the staff is attentive.

I have an account with the life storage on abercorn street in savannah and the elevator has been broke for awhile and the office has no idea when it will be fixed. I pay too much money every month for something as simple as a elevator that goes 2 floors to be broke and no one has an idea of when it will be fixed! The hallways and stairwell are extremely hot! My stuff better not be ruined when I pick it up due to it supposedly being climate controlled and it feels like a sauna in there! This is insane and needs to be addressed quickly!

I needed a place to to declutter my home for staging. I was lucky to find what I needed nearby at Life Storage in Savannah. I found the staff to be knowledgeable about the details of the company contract. They were able to answer my questions and made sure I clearly understood everything before signing. The space I was given to fit my needs was clean. I purchased one of the locks on display in the office and was happy to find the key could not be removed unless it was completely locked. I like the secure entry and exit requirement; this along with the camera surveillance, this particular kind of lock only enhanced my confidence in Life Storage. Once I had put my things in storage, I never gave it a second thought, which was a surprise, because I thought I would worry about it.

Ordered unit on line within two hours I was moving my frist load into my unit

Agent on duty was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and neat and seem to run smoothly. I am concerned that the roll door will not stay up so I am going to have figure something out for that.

Easy, Inexpensive, Short term storage

Reserved the space on line. Went in on scheduled day and Marcy took our info, filled out paperwork, got extra items needed and into storage! Quick, easy and very polite and friendly staff! The way business should be. Very Pleased.

Everything worked out fine. We have a place to store our stuff now and that helps.

Checking in June 17th, I understood that I would get half off the first month's rent, but I got half off the rest of the month's rent. Of course I am not paying for a full month when I checked in 1/2 way through the month. I thought I would get half off the first full month's rent. Unclear in advertising. Then I was told I had to have proof of insurance on the spot or pay for theirs which was not on their website. Unclear expectations after I had already moved my things in to unit.

When coming south on Abercorn St. Extension, continue until you're close to Cary Hilliard's (will be on Left). Make a U-turn so that the restaurant is on your Right. Bare to the right, and Life Storage 10901 Abercorn St will be in front of you. Other from getting lost for 20 minutes, the service was super great! Employees are very patient, kind, and understanding. :)

Even though the unit we had reserved was not nearly big enough for our needs, they had plenty of other size units to choose from. We bought a 10×10 unit and it's perfect for what we had (16' box truck) We were still able to get the special price they had online for it even though we changed out or unit size in store. They were friendly and patient.

So far so good on our unit. We got a great intro deal so the price was right. Set up was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I went to the facility a few hours before actually moving in and the unit was filthy. The attendant said she would have it cleaned by the time I move in which was supposed to be 5pm. I got there after 5:30pm and nothing had been done. Then she comes up after I cleaned it and moved everything in and said "oh your moved in already, I was just coming to clean it".

So far I have had a great experience using this storage facility. Very clean and secure. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My first time using Uncle Bob's and I was impressed. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and easy to navigate. Good value for what you are getting. I would use Uncle Bob's any without question.

Online Reservation was easy and helpful. I was able to delay my arrival and add another unit while traveling. Uncle Bobs on Abercorn in Savannah Ga had an Amazing staff! Great Attention to detail. It was the Coldest day of the year during the Polar Vortex LOL and She rode me thru the facilities and showed me my units. Very professional!

The ladies at the office are some of the best at customer service I've had the pleasure to work with definitely deserve a major recognition for their service!

The online reservation system takes and confirms reservations for facilities that will not be available upon your arrival. My reservations for a specific type of unit were not honored, nor was that of the person coming in after me. Local management looked through several of their printed reservations, and found multiple reservations that were confirmed for facilities that hadn't been available at that location for over a month. It was moving time for local college students, and the attitude was "Too Bad.
