I signed up and registered online then went to the facility and had no difficulty.

The facility has many large units and is very clean. Additionally, it was secure and had multiple access points. However, it was hard to find as it is listed as being at 14010 American Street, but GPS units do not recognize this address. A more accurate address is 1110 Fulton St.

Had to get a storage unit quick. Items were being delivered and I was in another state. The online process went smoothly and the customer service was a great help with securing my items.

I had difficulty finding the best elevator to get to my unit. I went into the office when I first arrived and I wasn't even acknowledged by the woman who was there. I wanted to purchase packing supplies, but was tired of waiting for anything, not even a Hello. I wandered around, trying to find an elevator and the one that I finally found was not anywhere near my unit. Luckily, another tenant was there who was able to answer my question. I just hope that when I move my belongings in there are more carts available because I only saw the one that was already being used. Hopefully, my next experience will be better.
Late 4 lunch
The sign up took alot of effort. One is on their own if things don't enter smoothly. Manager is on property. BYO moving carts. The parking lot needs the pot holes repaired in some key areas. I hope they don't sell off to the big box chains. TBD.
