Our experience with Midgard Self Storage in Savannah was extremely disappointing. We were assured our unit would cost $94 per month, signed the contract with that understanding, and yet we were charged a higher amount every single month. After weeks of unanswered texts and emails, the rent was finally corrected — only for the next month’s bill to jump up again. The lack of transparency and poor communication was exhausting. To make matters worse, we paid extra for a climate-controlled unit, but when we came to pick up our belongings, the temperature inside was 92°F — clearly not climate-controlled as promised. Between the repeated billing issues, unresponsive service, and failure to provide the climate control we paid for, this facility has proven unreliable and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for storage.

Very nice and clean facility. It requires a lot of paperwork to get started! And they have Virtual assistants.

Pricing is ridiculous. Charged $161 for an upgrade unit which was the same size as the I reject as too small. I had to go to another storage place to store all of my things. #veryunhappy.

I had to call multiple times to secure storage unit, since Midgard required photo ID. My student was not available to make it to the physical location, so the unit I initially reserved was not the unit we moved into.
