Lady in the front office outstanding customer service. Detailed, friendly and patient. Wish they allowed access to your unit a little later than 9pm. And the lock is a challenge to use.

The young lady that assisted me with reservation and the young lady that assisted me with rental completion were both very friendly and professional they even answered questions I never thought to ask about rental process being a senior you don't see that very often and I'd definitely recommend this storage to anyone else

Ok so far. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t particularly thrilled with the cleanliness of your unit, but it was acceptable.

My unit flooded twice due to building problems and everything ud destroyed..She has gone way above to help me as I've had a stroke and an disabled. She us absolutely outstanding..kind and you are blessed to have her as you employee..she is still helping me figure iut what to do

Communication is Key! I arrived to move into my unit and to sign all required documents. No one communicated that there would be a district meeting and no staff would be on hand to permit access to the office or to greet incoming clients. My moving company is paid hourly. I incurred an additional $145 for the full hour although the office closed and we waiting for 42 minutes to be serviced. In the heat of the day, it would've been helpful if I had knowledge the office would close for a district meeting. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to plan my move AROUND that time so the driver and movers didn't sit idle waiting to get access to begin unloading my items into my storage locker. It delayed the completion and we lost momentum in the heat, which also resulted in me having additional fees owed to the moving company.

The staff was extremely nice and completely professional. That lead to a quick and hassle free time getting a storage unit.

No issues moving in, however after about two weeks later the security gate was damaged and subsequently left wide open for at least one week if not longer. Although there are other measures in place to ensure the safety of people's belongings, the broken gate allows for anyone to drive into the premises.

Melissa was a great help she helped me and my wife with all our storage needs before my deployment.She helped us pick the right package for our last minute packing.Great service and clean facility..

I walked into Public Storage today unaware of what I actually needed. Melissa was a great help walked me through the entire procedure and gave me a great price and excellent customer service. I appreciate the friendly smile and great customer service and the property was well maintained.

my first trip to storage and i couldn't get in the code was not working i had to take my things back to come back the next day

Guest were coming at the last minute needed somewhere to put things for a short few days decided to rent a storage space had noticed how clean the one was on Largo dr. I passed everyday on the way home. Called early Saturday morning the main number for reservations made one was surprised how great the price was!! Within 5 minutes I received a call from the local storage facility to welcome me to come on by and they (she) would get me setup and going she did!!! I was so happy with the deal I got I paid up the next month in advance. This was crazy considering I only needed it for a week

The locks used make me feel a little more secure about my property being locked since they can't just be cut off by a thief. The employees I have encountered are also very friendly. The prices however seem to be unproportionately large.

Please utilize this Public Storage Facility. My experience was very pleasant. The Public Storage Facility was centrally located. The Manager was WONDERFUL!!!!! I do not give Kudos often, but I must say the compassion of the manager really deserves to be recognized. This Public Storage Facility will do anything within their power to accommodate you and make you feel like your business and loyalty is appreciated. ~Keep Up The Excellent Work~
