We sought a standard, secure, reasonably-priced within 3 miles of midtown Savannah. This facility appeared a good match. Rental terms and costs were clearly explained and handed to me. The availability of a large truck upon moving-in was the deciding factor. Note: by design, all traffic flows through a single gate. However, other renters frequently park or idle trucks and vans while they pop-in to the office, complicating traffic flow at the gate.

Talked to the manager the day before move in and was greeted the next day by the same person. The units looked nice and well kept. The manager lives onsite and their were cameras around the facility. Although it doesn't have much visibility from the road (it is tucked between other business and is easy to miss), I had the exact address on my GPS and found it with no problem.
