OUTSTANDING customer service! Both ladies (Manager Alesia and Natalie) at the front are great to work with and won't let you down if you need anything, they'll even give a little laughter to brighten up your day.

The storage unit i was priced was given to me at a low rate. However, the additional cost was unexpected. I had no issue paying but i was unhappy with the unexpected fees.

The is surprisingly, a good size space and location of the property is located nearby home.

Service, location, and pricing were very convenient. We moved our stuff from a Public Storage unit, and CubeSmart so far has given us a better price and is a cleaner looking facility.

As a woman I do not like doing these things alone. But fom the time I entered the location office I was immediately put at ease by Shay. She single-handedly set me up while paying close attention to the couple behind me in the waiting room.She was friendly courteous and knowledgeable about her job. Continue to hire this caliber employees to run your facilities and you cannot lose.

Good value, clean facility

I arrived right before closing and the staff was very nice and helpful. She has no problem assistants get me with my need and all my questions. The location was clean and well maintained and easy to find.

From the time I entered the office until the time I left, service was great! I was reminded of some of the things I needed, and during a move this was so helpful. Every aspect of my transaction was completed with perfect skills from your staff, and for that, I thank you!

I am pleased with the storage and would recommend it to others although I disliked the hidden fees.

Employee was extremely helpful. Willing to answer any questions and do whatever was necessary to help. It was wonderful to have someone be so kind and helpful!

Exceptional service, clean as a whistle, and a free to use move-in truck to boot! Fantastic staff willing to walk you through any questions or concerns you may have with courtesy and professionalism. I would definately recommend this facility to any of my friends.
