On the worst day of my life Public Storage made getting a unit one of the quickest and easiest thing I did that day. Thank You to the young lady in the office that day.

I got a good deal for labor day. Safe and secure.

My move in was fine. I have no complaints at this time and fully anticipate not having any in the future.

The service was great! I was able to move into my unit smoothly and quickly. The receptionist was great with informing me how to access everything around the vicinity. I recommend anyone to use this service!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS establishment

Alissa, the employee on duty when I was checking into my new unit was absolutely amazing! I was told via the phone by I'm guessing corporate office whom made my reservation, that they had an outside 5-foot by 10-foot non-climate controlled unit available for $38 monthly. I was told multiple times that I was able to go ahead and move in that evening even thought it was around 5:25pm when I reserved the unit. I double checked on the fact that I had time to go get the keys and start moving my items in that evening. I received a phone call from ms. Alissa shortly afterwards where she was super nice and inviting and informed me they had set up the move in date for the following day. I explained to ms. Alylissa that due to being told it wasnt any issue to move in that evening that I already was on my way to the unit with all of my possessions inside a rented uhaul trailer which was on a time limit and had no where else for me to keep the items overnight. Ms. Allisa went above and beyond to accommodate me and even found me a much better deal where I received a 5-foot by 15-foot climate controlled unit for $37 monthly which was cheaper than the original unit. I want to thank her for her hard work and dedication and recommend she receive a raise and to be recognized for outstanding customer service! I will be informing everyone I come into contact with just how wonderful your place is ran and I am looking forward to a long future of doing business together! Thanks so much! Monica here in Statesboro, GA could not have been more helpful. She responded to my needs ASAP and was delightful to deal with. My only problem was that their golf cart was broken and they were having to walk long distances in the awful Georgia heat to show the units and sweep out and clean units that had been turned back in. This is atrocious!. This location is very large and spread out over a very large area and is very unfair to those who are your outstanding dedicated employees! Other than that, my experience was great! Please get them a new golf cart ASAP. Thank you!

This review is for a move from one storage unit to another. The customer service person notified me as requested that a climate controlled unit was available. I was able to complete the paper work and make the move without any difficulty. A very satisfactory experience.

Property Manager failed to communicate that my lock was cut off even after I spoke with her plenty of times after the late payment was paid and payments up until March. Today I am just finding out about my lock. She hung up in my face while I was talking and will not answer the phone. I have more questions about why my bill went up as well. I need someone from customer service to give me a call. She clearly doesn't want to help the customer.

Monica was awesome!!! She gave the correct storage size just by me telling her the items we had. She was friendly and communicated with us the entire time. She is a great asset to the company. Deserves a raise in my opinion.

Every time I have stopped by the office I have been cheerfully greeted and I have been taken care of. All questions answered! I really appreciate Monica helping me transfer from a larger to a smaller unit and taking the time to evaluate what I had in storage, what size I needed, and find the best deal for me. Thank you!

Been using them for the past 3 years and they have always had helpful friendly service. From losing my key and them finding it to helping me get the past availible space for a very affordable price when I was homeless for a week. Will come back again.

Loved our experience here at Public Storage. Monica was a joy to interact with and left us feeling extremely confident about the space! The unit and premises were extremely clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated how thorough Monica was in explaining the process and with giving us tips for moving our stuff in and out!

The manager is amazing

My experience at this location is by far the best customer service I have ever received in my lifetime from any company/organization! The very moment I walked in, I was greeted with an extremely friendly smile by the manager. Check-in process was a breeze! The manager then took me on their golf cart directly to my unit to ensure it was enough space to store my belongings. Once I was completely checked in, I remind in the office and had some very friendly (and hilarious and joyous) conversations with the staff at this location. I honestly felt like I was at home with these people. It almost felt as if they were family. Quite honestly, I walked into this location after a not-so-good day and the manager instantly turned my day around. The manager, whose name is Sharon, and another employee named Monica had made me so happy, it brought tears of joy to my eyes. These are some people who you certainly want to meet, whether or not you're doing business with them. Not to mention these are absolutely the cheapest prices in the area for any size storage units!

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a storage unit. The manager at our location was extremely helpful and knew exactly how large of a unit I needed. If I had rented the one I was going to I wouldn't have been able to get everything in it.

While I was very impressed with Mike's knowledge and help in securing the right size storage unit, I was not at all happy with Sharon's attitude and disrespect on moving day. Being at the end of the building and due to the steep grade of the pavement we backed the 20' UHaul up to the unit and pulled the ramp out into the unit making it very easy to unload our truck. We were halfway empty when Sharon arrived in her golf cart and yelled at us to move the truck because we were blocking the entrance to the units. We tried to explain that we were not going to be there much longer, but she was adamant about us moving the truck, giving us a rolling cart and proposing that we use it to move our stuff out onto the cart and wheel the cart into the unit to unload it. Huh!? She insisted we move the truck because she didn't want to have to go all the way around the building in her golf cart to show a potential client a unit. She wasted our time that could have been spent emptying the truck. We did move the truck to her requested position but noticed that now the truck was tilted sideways and we were blocking a fire hydrant. Great! No one else came into the storage area the whole time we finished our moving (with a new attitude) and Sharon's spectacle showed that potential client how unreasonable and inflexible she is. I will not recommend this Public storage facility to my friends.

SINCE I WAS CLOSING ON MY HOUSE IN TWO WEEKS I NEEDED SOMEWHERE TO STORE ALL MY FURNITURE . MY WIFE ASK A FRIEND AND SHE MENTIONED PUBLIC STORAGE , BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION AND THE ON LOCATION OF THE MANAGER AND SECURITY THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR US. I MET THE STAFF AND THEY WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND TOOK ME TO THE STORAGE UNIT I NEEDED TO HOLD ALL OF MY FURNITURE. A FEW DAYS LATER, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MANAGER, ASKING IF I NEEDED ANYTHING AND DID THE UNIT I RESERVED FILL MY NEEDS. GREAT JOB , WILL PASS THE WORD TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
