Tenants have access to their unit 7 days a week. ***Please Note: You are agreeing to a least a 3 Month minimum Contract and must pay # months up front Also, if you Move- In after the 11th. You are required to pay the prorate for the month, the next 3 months in full and the 1 time 18 Admin Fee.***

This is the second time I have rented from A-1. The price is excellent compared to others. It's always clean. I have never seen any bugs or trace's of rodents. You couldn't ask for a better office staff. Jennifer the office manager, she is always available to take care of your needs. Can't say enough about her. She takes pride in the business and a very nice lady. That's why I will always rent here.
